Bug ID: 493836 Summary: No "Get New" or "Install from File" buttons for Application Styles in the Settings App Classification: Applications Product: systemsettings Version: 6.1.5 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: kcm_style Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: hyperspeed1...@gmail.com CC: m...@gikari.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 174207 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=174207&action=edit The Colors page, with the expected "Get New" and "Install from File" buttons SUMMARY Unlike other elements of the KDE customization experience (Plasma Style, Colors, etc.), for Application Styles, there's no "Get New" button/browser or "Install from File" button in the top toolbar. To get new application styles, the user currently has to know KDE store exists and find it in a web browser, and if downloading as a file, then has to know how to manually install it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Settings App > Colors & Themes > Application Style OBSERVED RESULT There is no "Get New" button in the toolbar at the top of the window. There is no "Install from File" button in the toolbar at the top of the window. EXPECTED RESULT In toolbar, there should be a "Get New" button and an "Install from File" button as there is with other portions of Plasma's appearance configuration. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: N/A macOS: N/A (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40 KDE Spin KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
