I don't think it's necessarily related to that bug, as I don't have the bug on rpm Firefox, but I do on flatpak Firefox. There is additional info that I wrote here: https://github.com/flathub/org.gtk.Gtk3theme.Breeze/issues/94#issuecomment-2381320694 There are some similarities to the bug you referenced, but the fix presented there with moving specific CSS lines did not work for me.
