Thanks for the bug report. Can I ask which Cisco VPN client, specifically
you're using? (OpenConnect VPN client, Legacy Cisco VPNC client or something
else?)
I have the OpenConnect VPN client installed, and I'm able to shut down with
that type of connection active
I can also shut down with the Proton VPN client open and connected
This may be specific to the Cisco client
