As far as I know we generally want to increase the tab widths in Dolphin
especially if there is a lot of empty space in the tab bar. At the moment I
don't think this would need to be an option, we should just generally have
wider tabs. However, I disagree that they should take up all of the available
space. Generally I would say we should copy the tab behaviour (not the style!)
of tabs in web browsers like Firefox, because web browsers are the most heavy
users of tabs, so they should know the best user experience for mutable tabs.
