I tested the process on two different Android devices and also updated the
default location on my Windows system, but I am still unable to send files from
Windows to the Android device.
A workaround is to click on the KDE Connect icon (located at the bottom right,
next to the network/internet access or inside the hidden icons), select the
device you want to send the files to, and then choose the file.
