[kwin] [Bug 493556] When two monitors are connected, if you maximize an app on each side, the side opposite to the last used will become very distorted.

Using Wayland and NVIDIA Proprietary Driver right now. *Issue still persists
when using the NVIDIA FOSS driver, or the intel.
