I can sort of reproduce the issue. The scroll directionality definitely changes
when I toggle natural scrolling on and off, but I think the behaviors are
flipped: with natural scrolling turned on, scrolling up navigates down, while
with natural scrolling off, scrolling up navigates up. That seems actionable to
fix.
