I can reproduce the issue.
If I resize the window, the layout gets fixed, and an error dialog appears
warning me that "Cannot install 'MS True Type core fonts' because it points to
a web page. Click here to finish the installation."
So ultimately the item on store.kde.org itself is broken, but the error message
telling you this isn't legible. We can fix the legibility issue.
