I'm marking this as a duplicate of that. Removing the Keyboard shortcut configuration from the Task Switcher configuration page does not make sense to me, as that's where you configure task switchers, so users would likely expect it to be there. It's similar to how the Plasma keyboard layout switching shortcuts are in both the Keyboard configuration module and in Shortcuts - having some of the switching options available in one place, but not the keyboard shortcuts seems unnecessarily cumbersome. It's also the only one that currently works properly.
