SUMMARY
Many audio effects do not work and i am provided with text saying "cannot set
sink channel counts"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load an audio file produced with the noise recorder app on windows 11
2. add an audio effect such as deesser, compressor, expander, normalizer, etc.
3. Change settings to see error prompt show up, though the effect will
seemingly not work regardless of if you do this or not.
OBSERVED RESULT
Audio effect does not work at all or does not work as intended.
EXPECTED RESULT
Audio effect works and does its function correctly

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Effects such as fade in and fade out did function as intended, though still
provided the error message
