Are users affected by this issue still affected with Dolphin 24.04 or later
(i.e KF6) ?
The big files in `user-places.xbel` were mostly due to a bug in kdeconnect that
has been fixed for some time. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461872
