I don't normally have access to a Windows machine but in my experience, changing the date/time format in Windows is easy. That is all we are asking for. If this bug is not going to be fixed, then a change to the date/time selection to show the different formats before selecting would be an option. Be able to go down the list, and hopefully get a configuration that will work. I still feel that there should be an ISO locale choice for date/time.
