Thanks! I can reproduce the issue with the Vivid Dark Plasma theme applied.
Notifications seem to vibrate forever and Plasma freezes. While it's frozen, I
can still switch themes in System Settings, and switching to a different theme
un-freezes Plasma.
Fascinating. Any ideas, Niccolò?
