Thank you for this bug report!
Unfortunately, we are limited by the implementation of these kinds of widgets
in the technology the newer applications are using, QtQuick, which currently
does not allow properly handling this. Thus this feature will need to wait
until the required work is implemented upstream. You can find more information
in the linked bug report.
