I have a few questions for you:
0. What distro are you using?
1. Does this happen only with ibernation, or also normal sleep?
2. Are you using the Wayland session, the X11 session, or does it happen
consistently in both of them?
3. Is this a laptop, or a desktop?
3a. If it's a laptop, when you say "mouse", do you mean "touchpad"?
3b. If it's a desktop or you did mean "mouse", does unplugging it and plugging
it back in again help?
