I believe this is the same bug that people (including myself until now) are
incorrectly contributing to Minecraft here:
https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-263682

It looks exactly the same as your example video in CS2, randomly my mouse will
be on the far right side of the screen when opening the inventory in Minecraft.
It makes Minecraft in particular pretty unplayable.
