SUMMARY
I updated the KDE Connect client on window to the latest version 24.08.1, it
will be easily disconnected with other andrioid devices, no matter which
versions are using on them, even with the latest app version 1.30.1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to the latest version 24.08.1 on windows
2. Connect with other devices
3. Lock the windows screen with WIN+L hotkey
4. Wait about ten minutes
5. All devices will be disconnected with your windows computer, though they are
still connected with each other (android to android still available, but not
android to windows)
OBSERVED RESULT
