I use Tellico 4.0 on Arch Linux. I use XFCE and the locale on my system is
LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8.
When I generate a report in html the new Tellico version define the charset as
"Locale" like this :
meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=Locale"
With previous versions of Tellico (as far as I can tell from my backups) the
charset in html reports was defined as "utf-8" like this :
meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"
