Problem description:
1- Start dolphin (and it should be maximized at starting).
2- Tile it on the side.
3- Move it from the side.
Then dolphin window will disappear.
This problem also happens for System Settings app.
The problem appears after disabling some desktop effects or disabling some
krunner settings.
