Hm, I can't seem to reproduce this on git master (6.1.90).
This step is a bit unclear to me: "Click somewhere else on the desktop to
dismiss the apply dialog" Clicking elsewhere in the desktop (outside the System
Settings window) does not dismiss the apply dialog for me. I took this to mean
"Click somewhere else in the dimmed part of the window", but that might be my
error. Could you clarify?
