Two Screenshots in One - Panel Setting To Reproduce The Bug [easy]

Please bear in mind that I was mad when writing this bug... Too many on a
freshly installed distro with KDE...

SUMMARY
***
New Kwin Has Broken Default Animations
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
0. Set up two workspaces (wrongly named desktops*) as in screenshots
1. Set up normal non-apple/non-windows task manager with 100% opacity (the way
it has been for 20 years)-see screenshots.
2. Put just three icons on the panel in the following order:
a) KDE settings
b) Dolphin
c) Falkon
3. Open Dolphin
4. Click the workspace switcher (wrongly named "pager"**) to go to the next
wrokspace (wrongly named desktop*) and observe Falkon icon (wtf?!)

OBSERVED RESULT:
Follow the steps to reproduce and look (stare) at the Falkon icon while you're
switching to the second workspace (wrongly named desktop*). Make your eyes
follow the Falkon icon. What is going on?
[[I'm trying to report the bug, but I myself am buffled: Did Dolphin launch
icon has just disappeared?? Whaaaat?! I had not set up any rules to skip
taskbar/panel! This is a fresh install! I checked to be sure and: Nope! Zero,
zilch, nada! Now Falkon icon is dancing like crazy! What is goin on?! This is
broken...please stop meddling...:(]]

EXPECTED RESULT:
0. Revert the Kwin changes to have properly working animations (just like
before).
1. Stop changing just for the sake of changes. KDE is not Microsoft nor Apple.
No need to follow stupidity :(.

FINAL THOUGHTS [to discuss with Nathaniel during the next meeting]:
5 minutes of setting up a new system with new KDE and here we already have:
a) broken contrast with transparency - my poor eyes;
b) wasted pixels on floating-panel;
c) icon launchers indistinguashable from already running software/i.e.
indistinguishable from already opened windows <-- so what happens if you click
such an icon?? Which one is it? Dots? Underscore? Arrow pointing to? Multiple
clicks? Hovers and mouse move and then click (more clicks and steps like in
GNOME? What for? Trying to pretend to be Apple or MS? Sake for the sake of
changes? For millenials? We now don't even know what is opened! What windows
are opened and what is in them! And switching with just one click is gone. Gone
is a quick glance and you know what is opened with what!
d) on top of it now we have broken animations and
e) disappearing icons too!

This is NOT good. Not at all :(. Just please don't!. Make KDE usable again!
Simply, I beg you! Stop meddling! KDE used to be so good... [not my fault, that
I runt like Alex Jones, you made me! I loved old KDE that just worked, sort
of...].

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS:
kwin 6.1.4-1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Graphics Platform: X11
Graphics Processor: Intel

====
*"DESKTOP" is a meaningless word. Let's have WORKSPACES!
** "PAGER"? Really? Who did come up with it?!
Pager was an old device before cell phones became popular:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pager
This is not that device. You could have also renamed it to cellphone or
smarthpne or a speaker or a tablet. It's a wrong name! Let's have WORKSPACE
SWITCHER back.
[It just came to me: you do not speak English! English is NOT your native
language! And you are millenials who grew up with cellphones! You don't know
what a PAGER is! Check the above wikipedia page, oh my, oh my; let's use
language that we all agreed upon...].
