I can't bind the CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE shortcut to Plasma "logout without
confirmation", the backspace key does not seem to be detected when associated
with ALT+CTRL (while other combinations, for example: CTRL+META+BACKSPACE, are
correctly detected).
