Deadzones on the very top and very bottom of it (4 pixels on GIMP).

These corners on the very top and very bottom of the "window preview/selector"
have 4 pixels of deadzone.

Can it be changed so these 4 pixels allow the usage of the scrollbar when the
cursor happens to be over them?

I have a 1920x1080p screen, and I'm using a touchpad with two fingers to
scroll.
