Screenshot from pop-up window

I installed the option to send encrypted files with Outlook on May 24th, 2024.
Now, for some emails that I want to send, a window with pinentry-qt pops up
completely uncontrollably. I've tried several passwords, but it doesn't work.
How can I remove the system from my laptop?
Would uninstall help or make it more difficoult to remove the encrypting?

Kind regards and thanks in advance.

Antonia Eben
