The issue with kwin_11 occurs after connecting a second monitor: when entering
sleep mode, the kwin_11 process utilizes around 90% of the CPU, and this
happens constantly. If you terminate this process, it will restart as soon as
the second monitor attempts to disconnect and reconnect. As a result, xOrg
doesn't function properly, and Wayland is still underdeveloped, leaving us with
the current situation.
