SUMMARY
Login takes longer when switching to kde form another de
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login into KDE
2. login takes ~ 5 seconds before user is able to acess desktop
3. install budgie via `dnf group install "budgie-desktop"
4. log out and switch session to Budgie
5. login to new deskop takes ~ 5 secs
6. set up themeing (switch gtk themes to magia dark, switch icons to paparius
etc.)
7. log out and switch back to KDE
OBSERVED RESULT
Loggin takes much longer (~ 1 min)
after the login, logging back into kde takes 5 sec, untill i switch DEs and
switch back again
EXPECTED RESULT
login takes the same amout of time
