--- Comment #2 from Jens <s...@mailbox.org> --- Hi, Yes, you are right, I made a mistake in the initial description of this bug report: I checked if the URL in the Address Bar gets focused if the "Open Location" menu entry is clicked, and yes, that URL indeed gets focused, here: the very short Falkon start URL that is shown in my current installation directly after having started Falkon. I checked another browser if it has the same or similar working menu entry in the File menu (here: a pretty recent version of LibreWolf), and it appears that LibreWolf does not have such a menu entry. The same with the latest version of Firefox ESR. Maybe the "Open Location" menu entry is not necessary in the Falkon browser.
