                OS: Linux

  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Please add a feature that opens the file of the current selection, or even
better the file where the input cursor is located.

This is an enhancement request to implement a simple feature to open a file
quickly.
The use model could be like described in the steps below:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a new text file
2. enter /etc/passwd in the text
3. Place the cursor where | points in this example: /etc/pass|wd
4. Ctrl+Shift+O
5. /etc/passwd should be opened in a new Tab, new Tab should become active Tab

OBSERVED RESULT
I checked the documentation and the web but couldn't find what I was looking
for.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kate is such a versatile editor and I am surprised that such simple feature is
not available.
Many thanks for the great tool!
