SUMMARY
Dragging a clip off screen causes it not to be resizable from the left side.
The arrow to make it longer and shorter never appears, the cursor just stays as
a hand.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import any clip.
2. Drag it to the right off screen ie behind the audio mixer/ effect
composition/Time Remapper/Subtitles
3. EIther move clip back or scroll to clip, then try to click on left side of
clip to make it longer or shorter, as you can see it wont work, until Kdenlive
restart.

OBSERVED RESULT
left side cannot be resized anymore. Cannot make shorter or longer.

EXPECTED RESULT
You would still be able to resize the clip and cursor would change into the
arrows of the left side of the clip
