SUMMARY
Making a screenshot using the Rectangular Region using an external display with
the laptop lid close has visual glitches and does not create the desired
screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect an external monitor to a laptop
2. Close the laptop lid to only use the external monitor
3. Take "Rectangular Region" screenshot
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Display glitches while taking the screenshot: some windows are displayed
multiple times
2. The content that is inside the selection square does not correspond to the
actual screenshot
EXPECTED RESULT
1. No display glitch. The screen get slightly darker with the selection square
highlighted
2. The screenshot corresponds to the content in the highlighted square
