Can you explain what led you to the conclusion that pressing the Caps Lock
should un-hide your auto-hidden panel? Have you re-bound the Caps Lock key to
do something that you would expect would trigger this behavior, and that's not
working? Or is it a thing you would like to happen just in a general sense?
