Those settings look normal to me. Yes, you should still see progress on
Discover's Task Manager task while its window is minimized.
Are other apps also failing to show progress on their Task Manager tasks, or is
it just Discover? You can test this with music playing in Elisa with Elisa's
"Show progress on Task Manager entries" option turned on.
