When window is maximized no issue is seen but when I minimize it it becomes
blurry andblack but in the screenshots it renders as transparent for some
reason

SUMMARY
KDE Panel when floating is disabled gets dark and distorted when minimizing
maximized windows
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable floating mode
2. open a window and maximize it
3. minimize the window
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel becomes blurry distorted and black
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel keeps being visible without any artifacts
