I have observed this and was able to work aroung thisn by disabling hardware
acceleration when connecting with RDP.
I am using the following versions on Arch Linux
KDE Plasma 6.1.4
KDE Frameworks 6.5.0
QT 6.7.2
KRDC 24.08.0
freerdp2 2.11.7
