record spectacl missing icon
SUMMARY
the problem observed is the absence of a "recording" icon which should normally
appear in the thumbnail/miniature box.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. record your desktop with spectacle (wpm or mp4)

have the spectal icon in the miniature/thumbnail box when recording
