SUMMARY

When using multiple KDE desktop widgets on a secondary screen, their positions
often get scrambled after a system restart. Manually repositioning them causes
a bug where all desktop notifications start appearing at the top left corner of
the secondary screen. This issue can only be resolved by restarting, but the
widgets' positions get scrambled again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Place multiple KDE desktop widgets on a secondary screen.
2. Restart the system.
3. Notice the widgets' positions have changed.
4. Manually reposition the widgets.
5. Observe that all desktop notifications now appear at the top left corner of
the secondary screen.

OBSERVED RESULT

After restarting, the positions of the widgets on the secondary screen become
scrambled. Manually adjusting the positions causes a bug where all desktop
notifications appear in the top left corner of the secondary screen.

EXPECTED RESULT

The positions of the widgets should remain consistent after a restart.
Adjusting the widget positions manually should not cause any issues with the
location of desktop notifications.
