Volume slider
SUMMARY
When an application is playing audio, one can hover over the plasmashell app
icon to see the preview + volume slider.
This volume slider does not appear for me when trying to run Steam over
flatpak, but native Steam shows it just fine. Tested by playing a video in a
store page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Steam
2. Navigate to a store page
3. Play a video
4. Hover over the app icon in the task bar
OBSERVED RESULT
Volume slider on native, but not on Flatpak
EXPECTED RESULT
Volume slider in both cases
