I never tried to access the KDE Crashed Process > viewer (how do I do that?). It should be in the regular applications menu if have it installed on your computer. Some distributions come with it by default, others do not. Similarly for coredumpctl, some distributions set it up out of the box, in others you have to install it yourself.
