Clipboard notification displayed in the notifications history
SUMMARY
When using Clipboards's "Next History Item" and "Previous History Item"
shortcuts, a pop-up notification appears to provide feedback to the user.
However this notification also appears in notifications history, which serves
no purpose and only clutters the list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup a keyboard shortcut for plasmashell's "Next History Item"
2. Copy some text
3. Press the keyboard shortcut from step 1
4. A pop-up notification appears. Wait for it to automatically disappear.
5. A bell icon appears in the status bar, click on it and observe the
notifications history
OBSERVED RESULT
The notifications history contains the clipboard notifications.
EXPECTED RESULT
The notifications history should not contain the clipboard notifications.

Linux: 6.8.0-41-generic (Kubuntu 24.10)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug doesn't happen in Plasma 5.27.11.
