            Bug ID: 492449
           Summary: Can't disable edit mode
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
           Version: 24.08.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: smi...@abv.bg
                CC: kfm-de...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Edit mode can't be disabled. I searched hard and disable space as a hotkey but
it can be disabled on F2 pressing. When one press F2 and no file or folder is
selected, the edit mode is triggered.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just press F2 when no file or folder is selected.

OBSERVED RESULT
Starts edit mode.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect to have an option to disable it for I don't want it and it's
obstructive for my workflow. Actually it's pretty useless.
