Bug ID: 492479 Summary: Elisa imports more tracks than the number of tracks I have in my Music directory Classification: Applications Product: Elisa Version: 24.08.0 Platform: Slackware OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: matthieu_gall...@yahoo.fr Reporter: seth.opensou...@kenlon.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 173187 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=173187&action=edit screenshot of Elisa importing more tracks than possible I've installed Elisa as a Flatpak, and have it configured to scan and import tracks from ~/Music. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Configure Elisa > confirm that Music dir is ~/Music 2. Re-scan music dir OBSERVED RESULT Elisa never stops importing tracks, even when it exceeds the number of music tracks I have in ~/Music. I have 19,580 files in ~/Music, but Elisa was on 300,000 imported tracks when I finally stopped it. Even though it claims to have imported 300,000 tracks, when I search Elisa not all of my music is there. EXPECTED RESULT I expected Elisa to import all of my music, and then stop the Import process. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Slackware 15, using a Flatpak with org.kde.Platform 6.7 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I haven't looked at Elisa's logs or database, because I don't know how to access those. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
