STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the Power Management applet while some app is blocking the power
management
2. click on "Unblock" button
3. click on the Power Management applet, so it is deactivated/closed
OBSERVED RESULT
partially visible "Unblock" menu remains open. Please see the attached
screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur
