Breeze SDDM theme doesn't change when user change custom icon pack and remains
default icons
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change system icon.
2. Log out
3. SDDM doesn't respect configuration.

Default Breeze icons
EXPECTED RESULT
Change to preferred icons
