SUMMARY
It seems that adding a contact works without problems at this time, however,
when you go back to modify a contact for eg. if you add a note to the contact
and save those changes, it doesn't seem to sysnc with google server. what it
does it, the changes shown, disappear after about 5 seconds
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a contact
2. Make changes to that selected contact
3. save changes
OBSERVED RESULT
changes are shown briefly and then they disappear
EXPECTED RESULT
changes are shown and remain in place
