Video showing inconsistency
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Toggle mic app indicicator icon to Mute -> popup shows mic volume
2. Toggle mic app indicicator icon to Unmute -> popup shows mic muted
OBSERVED RESULT
Popup is the opposite of the indicator (indicator is accurate)
EXPECTED RESULT
Popup should match the indicator
