SUMMARY
widget cant be dragged from a panel to the desktop.
it works the other way (desktop -> panel) though, so one expects that it is
working this way (panel -> desktop) too, but it does not.
it is even worse: the widget disappears - but the widget counter in the "add
widget menu" still counts it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try to drag a widget attached to a panel from the panel (back) to the
desktop in the "show panel configuration"-overview.
OBSERVED RESULT
widget disappears. surpisingly the widget counter in the "add widget" menu
still counts it.
EXPECTED RESULT
the widget should either stay on the panel (when it is in fact for some reason
impossible to actually move it back to the desktop) OR should be moved to the
desktop correctly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
actually, moving widgets from the panel to the desktop has been majorly flawed
since the release of plasma 5. (i'm talking about plasma 6.1.4 now).
