can confirm on wayland and plasma 6.1.4
SUMMARY
in the new "show panel configuration" overview the "panel settings" popup
overlaps the widget-idividual popup that contains "remove / configure / show
alternatives", when the widget coincidentally is near the "panel settings"
popup.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enter the show panel configuration menu.
2. try to interact with the "remove / configure / show alternatives" popup near
the "panel settings" popup
OBSERVED RESULT
"panel settings" popup overlaps "remove / configure / show alternatives" popup.
interaction ins therefore not possible.
EXPECTED RESULT
"panel settings" popup should either move away from or move behind the "remove
/ configure / show alternatives" popup.
