Hello.

I've added "127.0.01 autoconfig.kde.org" to the file "/etc/hosts", and
proceeded with the next command. After downloading "iproute-tc" to run the
command, it returns an error: "-Illegal 300000000 time (too large) -Illegal
"latency".
