A movement of these windows with "holding "alt" and left click anywhere on the window to move" or the alternatively shortcut Alt+F3 that opens the operations menu which also allows to trigger the move does not work at these time. Switching between the windows with "alt+"tab" also doesn't work. In the case today it was impossible to move the windows or to open the same window twice.
