SUMMARY
When the horizontal scrollbar disappears, a small piece of it remains visible
in the gutter.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Word Wrap and set "Scrollbars visibility" to "Show When Needed".
2. Create a new document.
3. Type a line long enough to make the horizontal scrollbar appear.
4. Scroll down until the long line is not visible.
OBSERVED RESULT
A small piece of the horizontal scrollbar remains visible and sticks to the
gutter.
EXPECTED RESULT
No graphical glitch.
